    When you're at a gas station, your food options are usually pretty limited. While stopping for gas and potty breaks, we also wanted a little lunch.

    Service was quick (we started a trend-right after we ordered, several people lined up to order) and we were eating our sandwiches pretty fast.

    While ordering, I noticed that the lettuce was pretty wilted and many of the other veggies looked a little old.

    Overall, the food was ok. I'd probably come back when passing through town again.

    Every time I go into to this subway I think can the service get worse. surprise! It can. If it wasnt for the fact I live up the road and its convenient when I only have a few minutes I would never go to this location again. The service is AWEFUL. The employees is more concerned with talking to each other and smoking than helping their customers. Today I had to tell the lady not once not twice. Not even 3 times but four times. FOUR TIMES. what kind of cheese I wanted. Because she would rather talk to her co-workers..
    We have been yelled and sworn at because we got there 30 minutes to close. It is all around an awful experience.
    Honestly.. drive the 6 miles into price. You'll get much better service.

    We ordered on their website for the food to be ready about 45 minutes in the future. About 20 minutes later I received an email telling me my food was ready. We got there a few minutes late to be told that they hadn't even started our order and it would probably just be faster to stand in line and order it through the line (when we had placed the initial order an hour prior). I told her that I wanted to cancel the order and go elsewhere and she told me that she couldn't refund us because there wasn't a manager there. I ended up leaving without our food. What a joke! Why do they take online orders if they aren't capable of servicing them? What kind of a place can't refund their customers when they can't provide the goods? I asked for a comment card and she told me they didn't have a comment card... I grabbed an old receipt that was sitting there with info on how to contact management/corporate. What a joke! Beware of this place.

    Disgusted to say the least! As soon as we arrive there was 4 workers behind the glass, talking about a highly inappropriate topic, they actually finished their conversation before they asked us what we wanted, it was a simple order  2 sandwich's, 1-footlong and a kids mini sub. They were so caught up in the conversation, that they literally just slopped our sandwiches together, grrrrr! Didn't even take the 3 secs to spread the olives around just piled them up! And actually was just putting random veggies on, all the while captivated in their conversation!! This was by far the worst and I mean worst subway I have ever been too! They then told us that they were not allowed to sell us just a sandwich, that we had to purchase it in a meal, that it was the "new" store policy. Not one of our sandwiches was correct, not one.   Not one of them had on hair nets or hats. It seemed that their wasn't a person there that had the brains god gave a grasshopper! The customer service at this store was ridiculous and it will be the last time I spend money there. I own a very large business near by and have called in very large orders in the past some orders that were over $300! And I have been known to do this several times a month when I hold training courses. But I promise, I will never drop another penny in this ridiculous store. The manager seriously needs to "revamp" her daytime team.  Nothing short of despicable

    I brought my family to eat here at the Miller Subway in Wellington Utah on our way back to SLC from Green River.  We ordered 4 six inch subs with one of them being the roasted chicken breast.  When my wife took a bite of the chicken sub she gagged.  It turns out that half of the breast was overcooked to the point of it being brown and hard as a rock.  When she took it back they told her that all of the chicken breasts were exactly the same.  They didn't offer her anything different or even a new sandwich.  She came back to our table very upset but tore the bad part off and tried to choke down the rest.  I got upset after that and took the offending piece of chicken up for them to see and asked for a refund.  That's when they refused a refund stating they needed a manager there to do that.  They finally offered to make a new sandwich but by that point my wife didn't want anything from them.  We left disgusted.  I would give this place less than one star if I could.  The staff was rude and could care less if you were satisfied.  If you do eat here check your sandwich before consuming it.
